In rare cases SGPro has been known to simply not start. This is not intended as a solution if SGPro has never started, but if it had been working properly and then suddenly stopped starting, it is likely that the SGPro settings repository has been corrupted.
In this case, it is possible to start SGPro in a recovery mode that take special actions in order to repair the corruption (saving as many of your settings as possible):
Open a Windows command prompt:
Then, navigate to the install directory for SGPro (typically here):
Then, start SGPro in recovery mode via:
> "Sequence Generator.exe" /recover
If that does not start SGPro successfully, you might need to resort to resetting all SGPro settings:
> "Sequence Generator.exe" /reset
